Shipping & Returns
For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and/or speed post only.
Orders will start shipping from the 28th of May or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment subject to Courier Company/post office norms. Please allow 3-7 business days for the order to be delivered after it has been shipped.
International Delivery Timeline and Costs:
We offer Insured international shipping with delivery within 7-15 business days. All international orders incur a flat rate shipping fee of $20 USD. Free shipping on all international orders exceeding $100 USD.
Note: International orders are not eligible for exchange or refund. Please double-check sizing and order details before placing your order.
Gmorn is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities.
Delivery of all orders will be to the address provided by the buyer. Delivery of our services will be confirmed on your mail ID as specified during registration. For any issues in utilizing our services you may contact us at support@gmorn.in
Cancellation
Gmorn believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
- Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within same day of placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.
- Gmorn does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers, eatables etc. However, refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of product delivered is not good.
- In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within same day of receipt of the products.
- In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within same day of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
- In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them.
- In case of any Refunds approved by the Gmorn, it’ll take 6-8 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
Returns
You may return items that are in new condition - unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging (tag must still be attached) within 7 days of receiving your order. Email us at support@gmorn.in with your order number, details, and reason for return.
All domestic orders can be returned with a chargeable fee of ₹ 150. Once item(s) are received and inspected, your refund will be credited back to your original form of purchase. Please allow for 6-8 business days to be reflected on your statement.
If items are returned in an unacceptable condition, a refund will not be issued and the item/s can be shipped back to you at your expense.
